Luxury salons often struggle with generic management software that feels clunky and fails to represent their premium brand identity. The primary challenge was to build a system that manages complex operational data (bookings, staff, inventory) while simultaneously delivering a high-performance, animation-heavy frontend experience that feels expensive and fluid for the end-user.
The Solution
Architecture & AI
We engineered a bespoke solution using Next.js 16 and TypeScript. To solve the aesthetic challenge, we integrated GSAP and Framer Motion for high-end transitions that retain performance. For operations, we built a custom Admin Dashboard using Radix UI and Recharts, allowing owners to visualize sales data and manage content dynamically. The entire system is backed by Prisma for reliable data handling, bridging the gap between artistic design and logic-heavy engineering.
